Return Timeframe

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email info@linorecollective.com.au with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photo proof if the item is damaged or defective.

We will provide return authorisation and instructions. Do not send back items without prior approval. A tracking number is required for all returns.

Change of Mind Returns

  • Full-price items: Eligible for a refund.
  • Sale & promotional items: Refunds will be issued as store credit via a Gift Card. (Note: Gift card purchases are non-refundable.)
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges can be made through the return process.
  • Once we receive and inspect the original item, we will send the replacement.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • One exchange per order is allowed. Please contact us before initiating an exchange.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, email info@linorecollective.com.au immediately with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.
