Shipping & Delivery
PROCESSING TIME/DISPATCH
All orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hours from the date the order was placed (excluding weekends and public holidays) and sent during our operating times of Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm AEST.
Due to our high turnover of stock we may need to contact you in the event stock is not available, we will offer any alternate options available, otherwise a credit or refund will be issued.
ORDER TRACKING
Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive a shipping email with a tracking number included. Please allow some time for this to come through and be sure to check your spam/junk folder for your tracking number if it doesn't appear within 24 hours. If you are still unable to locate your tracking number, you are welcome to contact us by emailing info@linorecollective.com.au
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Linore Collective is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages or orders delayed in transit. The listed time frames are not guaranteed and delays may occur (including but not limited to public holidays, severe weather and courier transit errors) which are beyond our control once the order has been dispatched.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
If you have entered an incorrect delivery address on your order, please contact info@linorecollective.com.au immediately to change the delivery address accordingly.
